Thanks to a talented ANCOR colleague this chart might help to organize your thinking about the coming cuts to Medicaid; while it is not specific to Virginia it does provide a timeline!

We have distributed the registration information about the Fall Conference to members (Registration is open now for members and will open to everyone by September 1st);  both of our “keynote” speakers will have a lot of up to date and detailed information about the cuts that are coming and how to plan moving forward.   

On Tuesday, October 14th, we will welcome Elise Aguilar, Senior Director of Federal Relations for ANCOR – she will bring the very latest in information and the strategy at the Federal Level.  On Wednesday, October 15th, we will welcome back Cheryl Roberts, Director of DMAS.   She will, I hope, have enough information by that time to give a pretty good picture of the Virginia landscape.


We will, of course, also welcome back SESCO (this year it will be Bill Ford, CEO) to talk about what are the current concerns/issues in the Labor Law arena and have time to plan for the upcoming Session and elect some new Board Members!
