A Couple of Bills to Look At – and Something Extra for the Nerds Among You!

First for those who need the details!   Constitution of Virginia, Article 5, Section 6

The Governor has recommended that the bills of concern re liability for the employer  (HB1730?SB894) be significantly narrowed.  Clearly the result is much less worrisome. 


And the two bills which were to require training on unconscious bias for all Board of Medicine licensees has been recommended to be narrowed to those who work with maternal populations.   That should exempt the ABA providers. 


There are others, but nothing that jumps out as being something to get too anxious about!
