As of this morning several providers have received notice that their provider enrollment has been cancelled due to lack of revalidation. We did think we had this issue resolved, but apparently the “patch” was only on the surface and the underlying condition was not repaired.
DMAS staff are working on it as I write this – if you have received an email informing you that your participation with DMAS has ended due to lack of revalidation, please respond with your corporate name and NPI/API number!
