The ARTS Manual chapters have been released to be effective today – I think we can commend DMAS and all of the involved organizations for their “on time and under budget” implementation of this program. We also need to acknowledge that they have done a magnificent job of involving providers in all of the discussions!
DMAS is also convening a small workgroup with representative of all Associations to begin looking at issues of concern with TDT. We have three representatives to this workgroup and will be able to keep you informed!
Magellan recently published changes to the SRAs for both TDT and MHSS to be effective May 1; we are doing and analysis of the latter vis-a-vis current requirements and will be discussing the former in the upcoming workgroup meeting.
