During today’s CMHRS Provider call with the MCOs, each of the Plans shared contact information for those on the call who are having issues with getting claims paid. For those of your members who may have missed the call, we wanted to make sure they had access to the contact information.
The DMAS website has some useful resources including an MCO Directory! I have attached a link below, taken from the DMAS website to this directory that includes contact information for various issues such as claims. This directory is separated by plan – each plan has a Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Services Chart and lists the contacts for claims issues.
The MCO representatives on today’s call shared their contact information for those on the call who were frustrated with unpaid claims. If your members have been unsuccessful with the contacts listed in the MCO Directory- here are the contacts shared today:
