Central Registry Checks – Q&A

We know that using the “new” Central Registry Check Portal has been less than successful and, at time, very frustrating!  We were able to join a DBHDS call last week with the DSS Lead for the project.  Thank you to DBHDS Office of Human Resources for facilitating our participation!

Here is our first list of Issues and Solutions (formatted as a Q&A);  we will update as needed and post.  Plus Malinda Roberts (DBHDS Background Check Unit) will join us for our call this Friday.
