We have put a copy of the final regs with mark-up (effective January 30th) on the Provider Resources page. Note that the Emergency MHSS regs are also posted and for that service take presidence over the regs just posted. Also note that there have been several changes to the EPSDT Behavior Therapy and/or ABA service.
