We have just received word from DMAS that CMS has approved the Waivers for a 1 September implemetation date. DBHDS and DMAS will be working to publish a timeline that will outline the steps which need to occur between now and then. We have worked with VACSB to offer some suggestions for what will best support the providers (and therefore all the individuals that we support).
DMAS will have some additional work to do on some small areas and issues, but it will not hold up the implementation on 1 September. We will keep you posted!
