Details and a link to the service descriptions are posted on the DD Waiver Implementation Members page for the three services approved during the last Session of the General Assembly. The Service Descriptions can be found in Appendix C of the Waiver Applications (note that you can search for text in the application using Ctrl + F and need only look in the CL Waiver as they descriptions will be the same in all three Waivers). We are formatting the descriptions and will post the text later today on the Member’s page listed above.
Note the administrative requirements for the Employment and Community Transportation Service; there may be some significant issues of provider liability which should be reviewed with both your insurance agent and your attorney!
