Because of some emails which are circulating, there is a fair amount of frantic interest in the IIH final regs for which public comment ends today. These are the regs which have been “in the works” for several years and should not be confused with the MHSS Emergency Regs which are not currently out for and public review. Remember these are final regs and while comment is accepted, the reasons to make any changes at this stage are very limited!
