Recruitment, Retention and the Road Ahead

We welcome back Craig DeFasselle, who was the key note several years ago and a big hit with all of the attendees.  He will not only share his expertise in the opening keynote, but will conduct an interactive workshop on recruitment strategies!

We will also welcome Delegate Rodney Willett – Chair of the Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority and discuss the “pipeline project” which will roll out this year!

SESCO will give us an overview of the current legal landscape in employment law;
Cheryl Roberts, Director of DMAS will do her best to project the “Road Ahead” and
Agency leadership from DBHDS and DMAS will give details of current issues and the opportunity for discussion

Plus, VNPP will conduct their annual meeting, elect new Board Members, honor “one of our own” with the Leadership Award  and recognize the Emerging Leaders at the Reception!

And there may be a surprise or two!
