CPST – One More Time!

The latest (and perhaps last?) draft of the CPST Manual was released yesterday for “informal” comment:

• We still do not have the official budget language which will push implementation to July 2027 – though when we have a budget, it is very likely that it will be included
• They have included a document (linked here) to show what has changed since the last version which is worth reviewing before you tackle the new draft!
• And here is the link to Virginia Townhall for the draft out now for comment.  Keep in mind that you may make multiple comments – it is frequently easier to comment on an item or a section than to try to assemble all of your thoughts into one coherent narrative!
