ANCOR has requested data from all providers to support future testimony and comment to the Department of Labor about the proposed significant
change to the salary threshold for overtime — currently anyone who qualified under the “duties” test AND earned more than $23,660 annually could be exempt from overtime. The proposed rule raises the threshold to approximately $50,440 annually making many more of our managerial staff eligible for overtime pay.
