The memo found here
was released today from the Commissioner’s Office; while we have yet to see the modified questions which must be answered by the Case Manager, we assume that the end result will be a series of check boxes to help identify “needed” services and/or an assessment of whether or not the services meet the needs. This will be useful information for planning; we are not entirely certain what role the creation of the two “calendars” will play.
We will continue to work with the CSBs to make the planning process efficient and functional for all the providers while protecting the person centered structure of the meetings!
