You may have received a notice from DBHDS recently offering the opportunity to apply to become a member of a state team; ANCOR, of which VNPP is a State Association Member has been a partner with other national organization in the development of the grant and we have worked with them to provide guidance and editorial review. The HCBS Business Acumen Center equips disability community-based organizations (CBOs) with business resources, information, and training that promotes sustainability in a changing environment. Collectively, these tools support the development of business relationships between disability CBOs and health plans, integrated health care entities and other payers that result in positive outcomes for individuals with disabilities. While the HCBS Business Acumen Center is funded by a grant from the Administration for Community Living, the HCBS Business Acumen Center does not provide grants for other organizations.
