The attached
notice from DMAS was received today – DMAS is soliciting comments in preparation for drafting the permanent proposed regulations for the three new Waivers. While we are certain that the forums will also elicit many comments expressing the frustration of all the parties in implementation, participants will need to stay focused on the long term goals of the Waivers.
