DMAS Has Issued an Additional MLTSS Update
April 04, 2016DMAS expects to issue the RFP in April with final implementation scheduled for January 2018. We have received the following clarification:
Individuals receiving ID/DD Waiver services will be included in MLTSS for their acute, primary care, and behavioral health services (similar to the way HAP works for Medallion 3.0). Their ID/DD Waiver Services will remain carved out of MLTSS health plan contracts; ID/DD waiver services will be paid through the fee-for-service system until the waiver redesign is complete. We also plan to share an updated MLTSS Fact Sheet as well as FAQs within the next week.
