DMAS Releases the Updated Memo on Flexibilities

The notice of extension (see our Post of April 19) of all of the flexibilites described in the memo of March 5th was released at noon today!  It is available here.

They have also confirmed that there are no planned changes for DD Services; you should refer to the Medicaid Memo of 11 March, 2021 for all of the current options and timeframes.
