Comment forums are open for several rather important documents:

Initial Drafts of DBHDS Licensing Regulations for “Center-Based Services” and the like draft for “Case Management Services” – remeber that in the effort to completely reorganize the Licensing Regulations, DBHDS has decided (appropriately) to restructure the existing regulations into new Chapters – those that have already been open for comment are listed below (they are links if you wish to refresh your memory!):

The new proposed Chapters are linked on the “Provider Quicklinks” page.  But even more critical are the Draft Chapters II and IV for the DD Waiver Manual which are open for comment now!
