DOL Proposed Rule Released in the Federal Register Released Today

See our NewsPost of 30 August for some background, but now is the time for you to step up and help!   ANCOR, our Federal partner, has developed and released a survey that will inform our advocacy in trying to modify the salary threshold for full-time salaried workers to qualify to be overtime exempt from $35,568 to $55,068 per year.

Having been actively involved in the advocacy the ANCOR led when this last came up in 2016, I know that our concerns and our data made a real difference.  In fact HCBS residential providers were shielded from enforcement of that rule change for several years to allow states to increase Medicaid payments.
