EAGP MUE – Not Gibberish, But a Claims Denial Code

We do not know as much as we would like, but the above code (and denial of payment) may show up on DD Waiver Claims this cycle.   DMAS was alerted this morning and have been working on it most of the day.  

At this point, we know it has affected claims for H2022 Services (Residential);  we suspect it may affect other codes also.   And we know it affected claims submitted on 19 and 20 March.   It did not affect all, but we can not determine why!


They are working on it and will escalate on Monday.   So, sit tight and we will keep you posted!   Other than that – have a great weekend!
