The latest update from DMAS (in the form of the script used for the provider call on 25 June) is posted on the DD Waiver Implementation page for members. It shows that almost 70% of the providers of group home, sponsored residential, supported living and group day and 75% of the group supported employment providers were compliant or partially compliant with the organizational compliance standards. Our review of the factors which contributed to a finding of partial compliance is that many are technical or interpretations of the requirements and easily resolved.
That speaks well of both the provider community and the efforts that DMAS has made to provide assistance and support to the providers!
