The the operational responsibility for the HPR V (Tidewater) REACH program which has been operated by Hampton-Newport News CSB (HNNCSB) will transfer to Western Tidewater CSB (WTCSB) within the next two months. HNNCSB has operated the program since 2012, but the agency has determined that they can no longer sustain the program. WTCSB will assume responsibility for both the mobile crisis team and the Crisis Home in Hampton. The announcement was made by both Boards within the last week.
