In Case You Missed It – Update!

Two new drafts of the proposed revised Licensing Regulations were posted for comment on Friday, but will be sent out later today (not on Friday because of the CONNECT Issues).  Remember that this is the process started pre-pandemic to reorganize the Regulation to, we hope, make them more “user friendly” in their structure, if not necessarily their content!

AND – the Federal public health emergency has been extended (usual extensions are 90 days); according to DMAS “This does not change anything on the state level!”
