Key to the Community Awarded to Delegate Harvey Morgan

At their 2011 Fall Conference, the members of VNPP honored Delegate Harvey Morgan with their Key to the Community Award for his outstanding support of community services for persons with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness.

Delegate Morgan receives the award from Jennifer Fidura following his humerous and often moving commentary on his years in the General Assembly.
