More Positive News on Transportation

DMAS is working with MTM to roll out an online training for drivers who transport ambulatory members.   The online training will be announced this week.   And, 

• Sole Sources drivers who transport their facility ambulatory members only, will not have to do any MTM training. 
• Sole Sources drivers who transport wheelchair members will we required to attend the 6 hr wheelchair MTM training. If the Sole Source driver has a ModivCare PASS Training Certificate that hasn’t expired.  MTM will honor this for the training requirement.
