One Week to Go!

Just a little over a week left in this Session:

• Most of the legislation either on it’s way to the Governor or not (continued to next year or “dead”) – we’ll do a recap on the call next week
• The budget conferees are meeting to reconcile the House version and the Senate version of the budget – in order to finish ed the entire process by “sine dei”  (March 14th) they need to have decisions by mid-week
• Several issues have come up this year which are not resolved (at least not to our satisfaction) which we are already working on for next year, and
• We are meeting – now that Session is almost over – with key members of the administration.  fortunately, all of the key players are people we know, have worked with in the past, and who have an understanding of VNPP!

Stay alert for future posts about the budget and the few remaining bill to be addressed!   But, mostly, spend some time outside . . . !!!
