Or Maybe Not . . . Again!

There seems to be a prevailing opinion among those “who know” that there will not be a conference report for consideration at the Special Session on 23 April.   While the “reconvened” Session will still occur on 22 April to consider the Governor’s actions on bills passed during the regular Session, the Conference Committee has not met and there is still active negotiation going on regsrding the tax benefit afforded to the Data Centers. 

So . . . we wait!
