OSVT and the RAT Have Been Revised

November 10, 2020

Now if you missed the “OSVT” acronym in your review of all things DOJ, it is “On-site Visit Tool;” the RAT, of course, is familiar!  The Case Managers, who are responsible for the implementation, have worked with DBHDS to try to make these two new tools less cumbersome.  Revised versions are posted for members on the DD Waiver/DOJ Implementation page.  We also posted a slide deck that clarifies the intent of DOJ in assessing “Change in Status” and “Implementing the POC.”

Members may find the information at the top of the DD Waiver/DOJ Implementation page under Member Resources.
