Pause on Federal Funding Rescinded UPDATE!

You should have heard last evening that the funding “pause” from the Federal Government had been temporarily blocked by a Federal Judge – literally minutes before it was to go into effect.   Today, the Trump Administration has rescinded the funding freeze from yesterday entirely.
