Rates and Claims

Providers who call are apparently getting what we would consider faulty information from the DMAS Help Desk about reprocessing DD Waiver Claims which paid under the “old” rate.  We are still trying to work out with DMAS if they will reprocess the claims internally; but while we wait, we would encourage you to wait also!

At least, you should not need to VOID the claims and rebill; you should be able to adjust each claim either under code 1030 or code 1053.  

But wait just a while longer!  We will have an answer soon.
