We have confirmation from DMAS that they are processing the adjustments for IDD Waiver Claims:

For services after July 1, 2026
That were billed at the FY27 adjusted rate, and
Were paid at the FY 26 rate

If you filed claims, but at the “old” rate, you will need to adjust the amount (Code 1030) yourself! Chapter V of the Manual explains the process.
