The Phone Call You Get May NOT Be Asking You to Renew Your Warranty!

DMAS, in an effort to speed up the process to get providers access to the MES system has started calling to get questions answered rather than sending an email.  Thank about which phone number was included on your information and be sure that phone is answered even if you do not recognize the number!

I was advised earlier today that calls were not being answered or returned!  They are working as fast as they can and they are making progress — we are monitoring closely!
