A note from DBHDS regarding the News Post of 1 February, prompted a search for a “
Guidance Document” about Person-Centered Planning which is the basis for the training mentioned in last Friday’s News Post.
The Guidance, if carefully reviewed and followed, will minimize the inconsistencies in interpretation and implementation which, as we pointed out, are the frequent result of attempts to make significant changes in practice and processes through “training.” Thanks to DBHDS for the update!
