Update on Behavioral Health Services – Current and Future!

Here are the slides from last week’s Behavioral Health Advisory Committee Meeting – just as a short refresher:

VNPP is one of the several Associations that participate in both the Advisory Committee and the “MCO Resolutions Panel.”   What that means, in simple terms, is that we have both a way to effectively communicate to our members, but also that you have another channel for communication to DMAS.  

Right now, there are a lot of moving parts – to be fair, there seem to always be a lot of moving parts!   There will be places at the Conference for conversation – Emily Bebber and Gretchen Wilhelm with be coordinate those discussions.   And there are “MARS” Calls scheduled to offer opportunities through the year.    If you provide Behavioral Health Services  – be active and participate!
