While the entirety of the plan should be reviewed, see previous post, there is a great deal of critical information in Appendix B which is specific to the three I/DD Waivers and programs licensed by DBHDS. We have posted a link to the entire Appendix B on the Waiver Redesign Members Resources page, but but have also attached selected pages
here which list the setting presumed to be institutional and those which may benefit from target technical assistance or “remediation” either because of size or proximity to another site (though neither of those is a criterion in the “Rule” itself).
Please review the lists very carefully as we recognize that there are still errors on both lists. Contact vnpp@earthlink.net about any errors.
