Updated List of QSR Required Documents Released

As promised on Friday, there is now a much more streamlined list of documents which are required to be submitted for the QSR review.  We have linked a copy here. 

We continue to engage both with the Department and with HSAG on the requirements for individual records and on the expected sample size.
