This link will take you to both the proposed document revision and the “change summary;”  it is worth noting that they have not updated the website page to reflect the implementation delay until January 2027 – that much was in the “Caboose Budget” (HB29) which has been signed by the Governor.

We recognize that you are getting tired of endless comments, but they do matter!
