Here are two things from this morning’s in-basket which may be worth a read:

 

• FAQs about the OHSA Rule on Vaccines (remember we do not give legal advice!).  Who are considered employees is very helpful, especially for our Sponsored Residential providers who contract with the Sponsors and for providers who rely on staffing agency employees.
