We were invited, along with The Arc of Virginia and VACSB to make comments on our perception of the Waiver Redesign; our presentation is
here. The focus for us is clearly on how, as businesses, we are going to mange the transition to the new service models, the new rate structure, and the many new rules while still trying to provide the quality of service and support we strive to provide now.
